At Canter & Crest, each piece is selected or produced with care and intention. Due to the nature of made-to-order, partner-fulfilled, and digital products, certain items may be subject to different fulfillment and return conditions.

Eligible Issues

·      Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

·      Minor variations in color, texture, or placement inherent to made-to-order production

·      Digital products or downloadable items

For partner-fulfilled items:
