Two uses in one wrap is the design. Dry, it is a 3D spacer fabric polo: an open-structure textile that cushions and spreads pressure rather than compressing flat the way fleece does, with a gentle stretch for tendon support. Soaked in cold water, the same open structure holds water and AnatomEq states it gives ten to fifteen minutes of cooling, which makes it a post-ride wrap as well as a working one. It can be cut to length, so one pair covers front and hind rather than requiring two.
