A men's vest on a TPU membrane, at 22% elastane, cut straight.

This is the technical vest rather than the padded one. The shell is 78% polyamide with 22% elastane bonded to a TPU membrane, which is a high stretch content for outerwear and is what lets a vest move with the shoulder instead of restricting it. It closes on a silver zip, with two zipped front pockets, a silicone logo at the left chest and an engraved button at the top of the back.

Barja or Porto:

The Barja and the Porto solve different problems. The Barja is the technical one, a stretch shell on a membrane, for wind and movement. The Porto is padded with a polyfil lining and a double zip, for cold. The Barja layers under a coat; the Porto is the coat.

Why it is here:

Twenty-two percent elastane in a men's vest. That is what lets the shell move with the shoulder rather than restricting it, and it sits on a TPU membrane for wind.
