A classic bridle on an ergonomic crown, with a removable throat strap and rubber reins included.

The shaping is the argument here. The browband is a one inch ergonomic curve, padded, and the noseband is a tapered curved padded crank measuring 1 3/8 inches at the cheeks and narrowing to one inch across the center of the nose, which is where a wide noseband presses hardest. The flash is removable and so is the throat strap, so the bridle strips down to a plainer configuration without buying a second one. Extreme Grip rubber reins, 5/8 inch by 54 inches, come with it.

This bridle comes with Extreme Grip rubber reins. Reins are not standard on every bridle in the trade, so it is worth checking.

Why it is here:

A noseband that tapers. A wide noseband looks substantial and concentrates its pressure exactly across the middle of the nose, and narrowing it there while keeping the width at the cheeks is the fix. A removable throat strap is the second reason: one bridle, two configurations.
