The crown is unstructured and low-profile rather than stiff and tall, the brim is curved, and four perforated back panels vent the back of the head. The closure is an adjustable hook and loop strap, so the fit is set once and holds.

A barn cap earns its place on construction, not on branding. Unstructured means the crown sits down on the head rather than standing off it. The polyester body and the perforated panels are what make it wearable in July. The crest is embroidered, not printed.
