A note on the mane:
Work in small sections and take less than you think. Thinning is a subtractive job and there is no undoing it. On a horse that objects to pulling, this is the kinder route and it is worth the extra time it takes.
Why it is here:
A belt loop on the case. Mane work is done standing on a stool with both hands busy, and a kit that clips to a belt is a kit that is not being knocked off a ledge into the shavings.
