Heritage splits the Pro-Comp between two materials on purpose. The palm is soft top-grade leather, which gives the natural feel and control of a leather glove on the rein. The top is a technical material for flexibility and breathability, which is where an all-leather glove gets hot and stiff. It is a deliberate pairing of two materials rather than a lesser version of either one.
