Two things distinguish these. The top line is cut high near the knee, deliberately, so the finished leg reads as a tall boot rather than as a boot and a chap. And the inner leg is double layered with genuine suede lining, which is the grip surface against the saddle and the panel that takes the wear. How to measure:

Measure around the widest part of your calf over breeches or jeans for the width. Measure from the floor to the back of your knee, barefoot, for the height. Every size in the selector states both figures, so you are matching two numbers rather than guessing at a letter.

Care:

Clean off dirt, sweat and hair with a clean towel. Dampen a sponge or cloth, squeeze out the excess, and clean each piece with glycerin or saddle soap. Wipe off the excess with a clean towel to bring up a buff shine. Store in a climate-controlled place away from dust.
