A multi-discipline equestrian airbag vest designed to be worn over a body protector or over riding apparel, never under either. The airbag is included.
Helite builds the HybridAir to CE certification for cross-country and show jumping. It uses a mechanical trigger rather than an electronic one, which takes the battery out of the system and reduces accidental deployment. After a deployment the vest is reusable once the cartridge is replaced. The panel is designed for bulk reduction, so it layers over a hard shell body protector without the stacked-armor effect a vest worn over a protector can produce. It is compatible with the Racesafe Motion3 body protector.
Important:
Do not wear the HybridAir under clothing or under a body protector. Doing so can prevent the airbag from deploying correctly.
