An Italian leather halter with every strap width published.

Grewal builds this on luxuriously padded Italian leather with triple stitching through the noseband, which is where a halter takes the load when a horse pulls back and the seam that fails first on a cheaper one. Crown and chin both adjust, so the halter can be squared rather than pulled true from one side. The throat latch carries a grooming clip on the left, so it opens without the halter coming off. Leather is also the safest material for a halter a horse is left in: it is the one most likely to break under load rather than hold and injure.

Fit:

Four sizes, with both the crown and the chin adjustable. A halter adjusted on one side only sits crooked and puts the buckle on bone. Adjust the crown first, then the chin.
