Two browbands in one box. A V-shape and a contoured U-shape, so the bridle changes character without changing bridles.

This bridle ships with a second browband, and that is the reason to choose it. The V-shape is the more decorative and reads as jumper and eventer; the contoured U-shape is the quieter line and reads as dressage. A browband is the one piece of a bridle that cannot be adjusted, so owning both is closer to owning two bridles than it sounds. Under them: a padded crown, a crank noseband and a flash attachment. Supple leather reins with a rubber-lined non-slip grip are included.

A note on the color list:

Havana appears twice. The second entry, Havana (Italian Leather), is the same color in an upgraded hide rather than a different shade.

Fitting a crank noseband:

A crank can be closed far tighter than a plain buckle, and the mechanism makes that easy to do without noticing. It should be snug, not tight. Two fingers should slide flat between the noseband and the nasal bone.

Fit:

Standard bridle measurements vary by a quarter to a half inch, so measure the bridle currently in use rather than ordering by breed or height. Both browbands are supplied in the size ordered.
