The ratings are measured figures rather than a treatment, and the seams are taped watertight. It is quilted with a polyfil lining for cold as well as wet. The inner cuffs are polyamide, cut close to seal the wrist. The double zip opens from the bottom so it can be worn mounted, and the hood removes.
